Terms and Conditions for Aggregator.

As you know, we at WATU are committed to bringing only the best, seamless, and fast payment service. And as a key partner of WATU, it is important to keep in check with your agents’ transaction performance and businesses. You are also expected to continuously onboard and register new agents to the business. 

Below are the rules for our aggregators to follow; 

An aggregator is not expected to have less than 10 agents (POS terminal).
Be aware that as an aggregator you are expected to consistently on-board agents and it is important that their use of the Mobile app/POS sums up to a transaction volume as stated on Batch ‘A” on this agreement, Failure to this; We will give you a one-month notice before cancellation of your monthly commission settlement. 
It is important to note that if an aggregator has less than 5 POS terminals registered, a notification mail will be sent, giving you a 1-month notice to get at least 5 POS terminals, and your agent’s transaction volumes should not be less than the transaction stated in Batch ‘A’ in this agreement on each POS terminal.
